For full disclosure, the sample bars will be made in my kitchen in my home. My allergies only include peanuts and tree nuts, meaning I have dairy, gluten, soy and egg products in my home and have used the kitchen to cook those foods. I'm preparing a sanitization process and I've purchase utensils to use only on these bars. This means that the bars are processed in a facility that also processes the other allergens.

I'm exploring commercial facilities that can utilize sanitation crews that specialize in removing potential allergens from equipment and will more than likely go that route once we're ready to launch.
